XL Annual Meeting of the Sociedade Portuguesa de Imunologia 13-15th October 2014
A major event on Immunology is about to happen in Portugal!
What?? you must be thinking… The Annual Meeting of the society of immunology of course!
The meeting will celebrate its 40th Birthday, not bad hey ! And it will take place at the Instituto de Medicina Molecular in Lisboa :]
On the SPI website you can find all the information about the meeting, the venue, the registration fee, and the dead line to submit an abstract and get a chance to present your work!
The meeting’s theme will be “SPI’40: from immune responses to immunotherapy”, that will be orchestrated around 5 oral communication sessions as follows:
- Primary and secondary immunodeficiencies, including HIV / AIDS;
- Immunity to infections, including tuberculosis;
- Mucosal immunity and inflammation;
- Allergy and autoimmune disorders;
- Tumor immunology and immunotherapy.
